GT24 Spare Parts We Manufacture
ZURN Power covers the GT24 parts scope for Alstom sequential-combustion heavy-duty gas turbines. Each component family below is produced in-house against OEM drawings or reverse-engineered from a supplied sample, with material selection and dimensional inspection matched to OEM specification.
- EV Burner Components — First-stage premix burners, fuel nozzles, burner front panels and heat shields.
- SEV Burner Components — Second-stage sequential (reheat) burners, lances, mixing and ignition hardware.
- HP Turbine Blading — HP turbine blades and nozzle segments — the hottest components in the machine.
- LP Turbine Blading — LP turbine blades and vanes downstream of the reheat combustor.
- Compressor & Rotor Parts — Compressor rotor and stator blading, seal strips, rotor spacers and coupling hardware.
GT24 Hot Gas Path Components
The GT24 splits expansion across two turbines. The HP turbine is driven by the first (EV) combustor; the gas is then reheated in the SEV combustor before entering the LP turbine. That architecture delivers high specific output and flat part-load efficiency — and it also means there are two hot gas paths to maintain. HP blading runs at the highest gas temperature in the machine, while LP blading sees reheat temperature across a larger annulus, so coating condition and cooling-hole integrity matter on both. We manufacture these components from nickel-base superalloys with thermal barrier coating applied on request, finished by 5-axis machining and verified with full dimensional reports.
GT24 Combustion System Parts
Sequential combustion uses an annular EV combustor for the first stage and an SEV reheat combustor ahead of the LP turbine. Burner condition governs NOx performance, flame stability and load flexibility, so worn burner hardware shows up first as emissions drift and turndown problems rather than as a trip. We supply EV and SEV burner components, heat shield tiles, liner segments and transition-duct hardware to OEM drawings, with material traceability and EN 10204 3.1 certification as standard.
GT24 Compressor & Rotor Parts
The axial compressor feeds both combustors, and its condition sets the output and heat rate of the whole machine. ZURN Power manufactures compressor rotor blades, stator vanes, diaphragms and seal strips, plus rotor spacers and coupling hardware, strictly to drawing. Blades are batch-inspected for profile, root fit and balance, supporting full rotor overhauls as well as single-stage replacement.
Ordering from a Drawing or BOM
Ratings, stage counts and burner arrangements vary by frame revision and by any uprate already applied. We do not guess part numbers — send the OEM number, drawing or a sample and we quote against it.
| Component family | What we need from you | Typical lead time |
|---|---|---|
| Turbine blading | Part number or drawing + revision | 8–14 weeks |
| Combustor hardware | Combustor arrangement / drawing | 8–14 weeks |
| Compressor blading | Stage + part number | 8–14 weeks |
| Rotor components | Drawing + material spec | 8–14 weeks |
Manufacturing Capability & Certification
ZURN Power (Jiangsu Roban Special Alloy Co., Ltd.) produces GT24 spare parts by OEM-drawing machining and reverse engineering from supplied samples. Materials cover the nickel-base superalloys used in HP and LP turbine service, with thermal barrier coating applied in-house. Every shipment includes an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate and a dimensional inspection report. Standard lead time is 8–14 weeks, with export experience across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe and Russia.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which GT24 parts does ZURN Power manufacture?
We cover EV and SEV burner hardware, combustor heat shields and liner segments, transition-duct parts, HP and LP turbine blades and vanes, compressor rotor and stator blading, and rotor spacers and coupling hardware — built to OEM drawings or reverse-engineered to sample.
Can you supply both EV and SEV burner hardware?
Yes. Sequential-combustion machines need both stages maintained together; we quote EV and SEV burner components as one package so burner condition stays matched across the machine.
Are your GT24 components certified?
Yes. Every part ships with an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate, full traceability to heat lot, and a dimensional inspection report.
What is the lead time for GT24 spare parts?
Standard lead time is 8–14 weeks depending on component type, coating requirement and casting complexity. Expedited review is available on request.
How do I get a quote?
Email your part number, drawing or BOM to hanson@zurnpower.com, or message Hanson on WhatsApp +86 186 1687 9105. Quotes for B2B projects are issued after drawing review.
