GT25 Hot Gas Path Components
GT25 shares the sequential-combustion architecture of the GT24 family: a first-stage EV combustor drives the HP turbine, then the gas is reheated in the SEV combustor and expanded through the LP turbine. The practical consequence for parts planning is that the hot section is not one scope but two — HP blading runs at peak gas temperature, LP blading carries reheat temperature over a larger annulus, and coating and cooling-hole condition need to be assessed on both before an inspection interval is set. We manufacture HP and LP turbine blading in nickel-base superalloys with optional thermal barrier coating, finish-machined on 5-axis equipment and delivered with full dimensional reports.
GT25 Combustion System Parts
Sequential combustion places an annular EV combustor ahead of the HP turbine and an SEV reheat combustor ahead of the LP turbine. Burner condition governs emissions, flame stability and load flexibility: worn hardware tends to show as NOx drift and reduced turndown before it becomes a reliability problem.
